
Hyderabadi Qeema Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Beef mince (take out from mincer twice)
- 2 tsp Raw papaya grinded
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Allspice
- ¾ cup Brown onion
- ¾ cup Yogurt
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Clarified butter
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves
- 2 tsp Mint leaves
- 4 qty Green chilies chopped
- 1 qty Coal for smoke
Instructions
- Marinate mince with all the given ingredients for 8 hours, heat clarified butter, add marinated mince.
- Cook for 30 mins on low flame, give dum of coal, serve garnished with chopped coriander, mint leaves and green chilies.
