Ingredients
  

INGREDIENTS FOR KOFTAY

  • ½ kg Chicken mince
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic
  • 6 qty Green chilies (ground)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp All spice
  • 1 and ¼ cup Bread slice soaked in milk
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 qty Egg

INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY

  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds (roasted & crushed)
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Almonds (ground)
  • ½ tsp All Spice
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic
  • 1 qty Onion (raw & ground)

Instructions
 

METHOD FOR KOFTAY

  • Mix all well in chicken mince. Make into balls. Shallow fry and keep aside.

METHOD FOR GRAVY

  • Heat quarter cup oil.
  • Fry chopped grinded onion light golden. Add ginger garlic with all the rest.
  • Fry well.
  • When oil comes on top, add koftas and leave it on dum.
  • Lastly sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve with khasta paratha.
