
Kababi Koftay Recipe
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR KOFTAY
- ½ kg Chicken mince
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- 6 qty Green chilies (ground)
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp All spice
- 1 and ¼ cup Bread slice soaked in milk
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 qty Egg
INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds (roasted & crushed)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed)
- 1 tbsp Almonds (ground)
- ½ tsp All Spice
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 4 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic
- 1 qty Onion (raw & ground)
Instructions
METHOD FOR KOFTAY
- Mix all well in chicken mince. Make into balls. Shallow fry and keep aside.
METHOD FOR GRAVY
- Heat quarter cup oil.
- Fry chopped grinded onion light golden. Add ginger garlic with all the rest.
- Fry well.
- When oil comes on top, add koftas and leave it on dum.
- Lastly sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with khasta paratha.
