
Malai Kofta Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boil and mashed potatoes
- ½ tsp Allspice
- ½ tsp Ginger garlic
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaf
- 2 qty Green chilies chopped
- ½ tsp Roasted and cumin
- 3 to 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 qty Egg
INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY
- 2 qty Onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ cup Boiled peas
- 4 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 oz Butter
- 4 oz Fresh cream
Instructions
METHOD FOR KOFTA
- Mash potatoes; add in the all above ingredients mix well. Make into small balls, fry in oil and keep aside.
METHOD FOR GRAVY
- Heat oil fry onion light golden, add all the above masala fry till oil comes on top. Add peas, add fried koftas, and cook for 5 min.
- Lastly add butter and cream garnish with coriander leaf and green chilies.
