Marrakesh Moroccan Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Sambal Olek Sauce
- 100 g Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Parsley
- 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Chicken Powder
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 tbsp Chilli Tomato Sauce
- 1 bunch Basil
- A pinch White Pepper
- 1 cup Mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Pan sear seasoned chicken on a hot skillet or BAKE for 3 min on each side
- Add in butter, Garlic, shallots finely chopped till translucent, add in sambal olek, chilli sauce, cream and milk
- Now add the seasonings, Chicken powder, oregano and basil with white p and salt to taste.
- Set chicken on a platter with mashed potatoes or rice, pour the sauce over the chicken and garnish it with parsley.T
- SERVE HOT!
