
Mutton Akbari Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton meat
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 qty Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- ½ tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- ½ tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- Saffron (a few strands)
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- Salt (to taste)
FOR SEASONING
- 100 gm Green peas
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 4 qty Cardamoms
- 4 qty Cloves
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- 8 qty Black pepper corn
- 1 qty Bay leaf
- 2 qty Red chilli
Instructions
- Then add the gosht and mix well and remove from fire.
