
Spicy Thai Beef Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Undercut Beef (julienned)
- 1 qty Onion (sliced)
- 1 qty Capsicum (sliced)
- ½ cup Basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
FOR SAUCE
- 4 to 5 qty Red chilies
- 6 qty Lime leaves
- 1 tbsp Garlic
Instructions
- Heat oil 1/4 cup fry beef on high flame.
- Add all the sauces and blended ingredients cook for 5 min and remove.
FOR SAUCE
- Blend all together to form a paste.
