  • 1 kg Chicken Cubes
  • 1 tbsp White Pepper
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 cup Corn Flour
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg


  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Thai Red Chili,
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Coriander (For Garnish)


  • To marinate the chicken, combine chicken cubes in a mixing bowl with white pepper, salt to taste, corn flour, all-purpose flour, egg and mix until well combined.
  • Heat oil in a wok over medium to high flame, fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
  • Then in a frying pan, heat oil over medium flame and add chopped Thai chilies, oyster sauce, Thai red curry paste and saute. Add water to dilute it.
  • Add sugar, lemon juice, fried chicken and mix.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with rice.
