
Tikka Karahi Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 packet Chicken tikka boti
- ¾ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Salt leveled
- 2 tsp Karahi masala
- 2 tsp Chicken tikka masala
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic heaped
- 4 qty Tomatoes whole peeled
- 4 qty Green chilies chopped
- ½ tsp Dried fenugreek
- ½ tsp Allspice
- 2-3 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Crushed coriander heaped
- 1 tsp Crushed cumin heaped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok, add chicken tikka boti with ginger garlic, peeled whole tomatoes, cover and cook for 15 mins, open and crush the tomatoes well.
- Add in tikka and karahi masala with salt, cover and cook till chicken tender. Lastly add coriander, cumin, allspice, chopped greens, leave it on dum for 5 mins, serve with nan.
