White Chicken Handi Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken Boneless Cubes
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Oil
- Salt To Taste
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Cream
- Green Chili, Chopped For Garnish
- Fresh Coriander, Chopped For Garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil over medium flame in a pot. Add ginger and garlic paste. Sauté.
- Add cubed chicken and stir fry until no longer pink.
- Now add salt and black pepper, and mix.
- Stir in yogurt and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Add cream and mix well.
- Garnish chopped coriander and green chilies.
- Enjoy!
