Green Masala Powder Recipe
- ¾ cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 2-3 Green Chillies Chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger Chopped
- 6 Black Peppercorns
- 6 Cloves
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powdered
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Grind together all the ingredients and refrigerate it.
- Use it to marinate boiled potatoes or paneer, after which they can be either grilled or fried.
- You can also cook the masala over low flame, with a little water and grated coconut added to it.
