Imli Aur Khajoor Ki Chutney Recipe
- 1 cup Tamarind pulp
- 15 qty Dates soaked and de seeded
- ¾ cup Brown sugar
- 2 cups Water
- ¼ tsp Lemon salt
- ½ tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- Put all the ingredients in a pan except black salt and cook until thick for 20 mins.
- Remove and blend.
- Add black salt, corn flour 1 tsp and re cook for 2 to 3 mins.
