Siracha chicken pasta
Siracha chicken pasta is a burst of flavor that you very much need to tantalize your taste buds!
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 300 gm Boneless chicken chopped
- ¼ cup Oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- ½ cup Ketchup
- 4 tbsp Green chili sauce
- 2 tbsp Siracha sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Chili sauce
- 2 cups Any shape pasta raw
- ½ cup Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 Cup Cream
Ingredients for white sauce
- 4 ounce Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Water
- ½ tsp each Salt and pepper
Method for sauce
- Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan, cook stirring till thick.
Instructions
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, all the seasonings with chicken cubes, cook till chicken tender, add all the sauces with ½ cup water, remove and keep aside. Now in a big pan mix together the boiled pasta, the prepared white sauce and chicken, mix well, add cheese, and cream 1 cup if light, cook for another 5 mins, serve piping hot with garlic bread on the sides.
