Fish Croquettes Recipe
Ingredients
- 400 g Boneless Fish
- 2 Potatoes (Boiled and Mashed)
- 1 Bread Slice
- ½ cup Spring Onion
- 28 g Butter
- 1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Siracha sauce
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
To Coat:
- Flour As Required
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- A pinch Salt and Pepper
- Bread Crumbs As Required
- Oil For Frying
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan, fry garlic and spring onions, add fish pieces, cook till done, mash boiled potatoes with a spoon, transfer to a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients, shape into croquettes,
- Coat in dry flour, then dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs, deep fry, serve with ketchup.
