Apple Yogurt Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Green Apples
- 2 Red Apples
- 1 Carrot
- 12 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 10-12 Pecan Nuts
- Few Lettuce Leaves
For Dressing:
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 4 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt To Taste
- Crushed Black Peppercorns
Instructions
For Dressing:
- Put drained poppy seeds, yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt and crushed peppercorns into a jar and blend with an electric hand blender till smooth.
- Quarter the green apple and red apple, remove the core, dice and transfer into a bowl.
- Add carrot strips, mint leaves, pecan nuts, 1-2 lettuce leaves and dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.
