
Chicken Behari Tikka Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken (cut into 4 pcs give cuts)
- ½ packet behari kabab masala
- 2 tbsp Raw papaya
- 1 tbsp Gram flour roasted
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ¼ cup Oil
- 2 tbsp Brown onion grinded
- 2 tbsp Green chili garlic sauce
- ¾ cup Yogurt
- ¾ tsp Salt
- Onion rings for garnish
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- Tamarind chutney to serve
Instructions
- Marinate chicken quarters with all above for at least 4 hours.
- Put on bbq grill and grill or bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 mins (15 mins on each side).
- Give dum of coal.
- Serve garnished with onoin rings, lemon wedges and tamarind chutney.
- Serve hot with parathas.
