
Brownie Fudge Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- ¼ cup milk
- 4 ounce Icing sugar
- 2 tbsp Light corn syrup
- 1 tsp Chocolate essence
- 2 ½ cups Whipped cream
- 100 gm Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 qty Eggs
- 1 cup Brownie chopped in tiny pieces
Instructions
- In a sauce pan melt together chocolate,butter and milk,remove and cool,add essence and corn syrup,keep aside.
- Beat eggs very thick,gradually add icing sugar,and pour in the thick chocolate syrup gently.
- Lastly fold in the cream and brownie chunks,freeze in an airtight container overnight till firm,serve drizzled with chocolate sauce.
