Heat oil in a big size wok ( karahi ) , fry chopped garlic until light golden (do not over brown).
Now add marinated beef and bhoonofy on high flame for about 10-15 mins.
Now add youghurt , mix well and check if water is required as beef also release its own water and youghurt too... so if there is enough water , don’t add water .
Cover and cook on slow flame until beef become tender.
When there is a little water left, take the beef out of the pan and put it on the stove.
Now add ginger , green chillies, Boti tikka masala , lemon juice and coriander.
Roast on high film with good acacia.(Sprinkle water of recreated ... don't spray too much water with spice)
Add little bit butter or ghee.
Roast for five minutes and then turn off the fire.
