
Gola Kabab Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mince
- 1 tsp Raw papaya
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chili powder (heaped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 3 grinded Green chilies
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves
- 1 grinded Onion
- 2 tsp Ghee
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg grinded
- ¼ tsp Mace grinded
- ¼ tsp Green cardamom grinded
Instructions
- Put mince in a chopper with Raw papaya 1 tsp.
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped, Salt 1 tsp, Allspice 1 tsp, Green chilies 3 grinded.
- Coriander leaves 2 tsp, Onion 1 grinded, Ghee 2 tsp.
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp grinded, Mace ¼ tsp grinded, Green cardamom ¼ tsp grinded, chopperized till smooth.
- Leave the mince to marinate for 1 hour In the fridge, put on square skewers and BBQ.
