Easy Cheese Omelet Recipe
- 2 Eggs
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1/4 cup Cheese, Grated
- 3 tbsp Butter or Oil
- Beat the eggs and seasoning together.
- Heat the butter or oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan as soon as the butter melts.
- When the underside cooks a little, sprinkle the cheese over it and fold the omelets over, forming a semi circular shape.
- When the inside is set, slide out onto a plate and serve immediately.
