Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Flour
  • ½ cup Semolina
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Ghee for stuffing and frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, salt and sugar and knead with water.
  • Now cover it for 30 minutes and keep in fridge.
  • Then take it out, make 6 balls and spread ghee on it.
  • Then sprinkle semolina on each balls, make cones and make balls again.
  • Now make parathay and shallow fry in ghee.
