Rawa Maida Paratha Recipe
- 2 cups Flour
- ½ cup Semolina
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Ghee for stuffing and frying
- Mix flour, salt and sugar and knead with water.
- Now cover it for 30 minutes and keep in fridge.
- Then take it out, make 6 balls and spread ghee on it.
- Then sprinkle semolina on each balls, make cones and make balls again.
- Now make parathay and shallow fry in ghee.
