
Asian Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 qty Carrot (sliced lengthwise)
- 1½ cup Green cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup Red cabbage (shredded)
- 12 qty Fresh basil (chopped) leaves
- 1½ cup Pasta (boiled)
- Salad leaves for garnish
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING:
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Ginger (crushed)
- ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Crushed Red pepper
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
METHOD FOR DRESSING:
- Put all the ingredients in a bottle and shake well.
METHOD FOR SALAD:
- Mix all the ingredients together. Add boiled pasta and mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix well. Serve on the bed of salad leaves.
