Ingredients

- 425 gm Caster sugar
- 3 qty Eggs
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- 1 pinch Salt
- 325 gm Flour
- 3 grams Baking Soda
- 3.5 gm Baking powder
- 100 gm Yogurt
FOR MERINGUE FROSTING
- 2 qty Egg white
- 100 gm Caster sugar
- 170 gm Butter
- 3 drops Coconut essence
FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE
- 250 gm White chocolate
- 100 gm Whipped cream
- 50 gm Butter
Instructions
- Butter ,sugar ko beat kren creamy home tak ek ek kar k egg dalen salt vanilla essence bhi dal den.
- Ab flour baking powder baking soda dalen last me yogurt dalen or spatula ki madad se mix kren 7 inches round pan me bake krlen 170c pe 25 to 30 minutes.
FOR MERINGUE FROSTING
- Egg white or sugar ko double boiler pe cook kren or continuously whisk krte rahen jb tar banne lagay to double boiler se utar len ya 80c tak cook kr k utar len.
- Ab beat kren jb tak achi fluffy or thandi na hojay phir thora thora kr k butter add kren coconut essence dalen.
FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE
- Chocolate melt krlen cream halki garam krlen butter melt kren or tino chizon ko whisk krlen.
