
Chocolate Mint Lover's Cake Recipe
Ingredients
FOR THE SPONGE
- 3 qty Eggs
- 100 gm Sugar
- 80 gm Flour
- 20 gm Cocoa powder
- 10 gm Baking powder
- 100 gm Oil
FOR THE FROSTING
- 300 gm Whipping cream
- 10 gm Fresh mint chopped
- 1 drop Mint essence
- 1 drop Green color
- 100 gm Chocolate syrup
FOR THE DECORATION
- Fresh flowers as required
- Chocolate as required
Instructions
- Beat sugar and eggs together until fluffy.
- Then in another bowl add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Mix well and add to the wet ingredients.
- Now add oil and mix properly until well combined.
- Add the batter to the mould and bake it in an oven on 180 C for about 35 minutes
FOR THE FROSTING
- Beat the whipping cream, add chopped mint, green color and mint essence.
- Mix well and aply onto the cake.
- Lastly add chocolate syrup on top.
FOR THE DECORATION
- Lastly decorate the cake with fresh flowers and chocolate. Serve.
