
Honey Almond Cake
Ingredients
- 150 gm Butter
- 150 gm Caster sugar
- 3 qty Eggs
- 150 gm Flour
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 50 gm Crushed almonds
FOR TOPPING
- 150 gm Flake almonds
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 20 gm Honey
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugar well.
- Then add eggs and all the dry ingredients.
- Mix well
- Bake it on 180 c.
- Allow it to cool completely.
FOR TOPPING
- Cook almond, butter and honey well.
- Now add to the baked cake and bake again in an oven on 160 c until the topping becomes hard.
- Lastly brush the honey and serve.
