
Ginger Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 150 gm Butter
- 165 gm Caster sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 qty Eggs
- 375 gm Flour
- 1 tbsp Ginger powder
- 2 ΒΌ tsp Baking powder
- 100 gm Crushed almonds
- 100 gm Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugar well until creamy. Then add eggs and beat well.
- Now add all the dry ingredients and mix well. Allow it to cool in the fridge.
- Then make small balls and bake it on 160 c for about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
