Mint Aero Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Castor Sugar
- ½ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Peppermint Essence (optional)
- ½ tsp Green Food Color
Instructions
- Cream eggs and sugar till white and fluffy. Add oil and vanilla essence and beat again.
- Gradually add sifted dry ingredients.Lastly add milk with peppermint essence and food colour and beat for a minute
- Pour into greased rectangle pyrex, 30x20 cm.
- Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Cut into squares. Pour ganache over.Decorate with aero mint chocolate.
- It can be made into cupcakes as well. Baking time will decrease to 15 minutes.
