
Rasmalai Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 4 ounce Flour
- 4 ounce Sugar
- ½ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Screw pine essence
- 3 qty Egg
- 50 gm Whole dried milk
- 2 tsp Curd
Other Ingredients:
- 250 gm Milk
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Whole dried milk
- 1 pinch Cardamom powder
- 2 tsp Almond and pistachios
- ½ tsp Vanilla custard
More Ingredients:
- 7-8 Piece Rasmalai
- Almond and pistachios for decoration
- 300 gram Cream
Instructions
- In a bowl add oil and sugar mix then add curd and beat with egg. Add flour ,baking powder and fold with strained yogurt, bake it in the preheated oven on 180 C foe 35 minutes.
- In another pan cook milk, sugar and curd for 5 minutes. Add vanilla custard cook till it gets thicken. Add pistachio, almond and cardamom then now take out.
- Now soak baked rasmalai in the milk. Serve with almonds, pistachio and cream.
