
Red Velvet Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 150 gm Sugar
- 150 ml Oil
- 2 qty Eggs
- 150 gm Flour
- 80 gm Beetroot
- 23 ml Red Color
- 38 ml Milk
- 38 ml Yogurt
- 15 ml Condensed milk
- a pinch Salt
- 1 drop Vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder
- Cream Cheese
Ingredients For Filling And Topping :
- 300 ml Whippy whip cream
- 120 ml Condensed milk
- 17 gm Cream Cheese
- 17 ml Lemon Juice
- 10 gm Gelatin
- 2 qty Egg yolk
- 200 ml Milk
Instructions
- Mix well sugar oil and eggs in a bowl , then add milk, yogurt , condensed milk and mix well.
- Add the beetroot and remaining ingredients and pour this in 7×7 mold bake on 150 degree for 25 min.
Method For Filling :
- Heat milk add egg yolk and cook then remove from stove , now add cream cheese, condensed milk , lemon juice and dissolved gelatin.
- When it become cool add the whipped cream , now make a first laying of red velvet in a mold.
- Now add this mixture of milk and egg yolk to mold then on top of velvet and serve.
