
Instant Gajar ki Kheer Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gm Carrots
- 1 tin Evaporated milk
- 1 tin Condensed milk
- 1 tsp Green cardamom grinded
- 1 tsp Corn flour
- ΒΌ tsp Saffron
- 2 tsp Almonds and pistachio sliced
Instructions
- Peel and grate the carrots and steam for 5 mins, add in 1 tin evaporated milk and 1 tin condensed milk, cook on low flame till thick.
- If required, thicken with corn flour paste, add cardamom powder, saffron, garnish with sliced almonds and pistachio and serve.
