
Spicy Pan Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 qty Eggs
- 2 qty Egg yolks
- 400 gm Milk
- Salt a pinch
- 100 gm Butter (melted)
- 130 gm Flour
FOR THE FILLING:
- 200 gm Chicken (cooked) 200 gm
- Mayonnaise as required
- ¼ cup Cabbage (chopped) ¼ cup
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter. Then in a bowl add eggs, egg yolks, milk and salt. Beat well. Now add melted butter and flour.
- Fold properly. In a fry pan add little mixture on pan cakes and cook well. Lastly add chicken filling and serve.
METHOD FOR THE FILLING:
- In a bowl mix together cooked chicken, mayonnaise, chopped cabbage and black pepper.
