Ingredients
  

  • 5 qty Eggs
  • 2 qty Egg yolks
  • 400 gm Milk
  • Salt a pinch
  • 100 gm Butter (melted)
  • 130 gm Flour

FOR THE FILLING:

  • 200 gm Chicken (cooked) 200 gm
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • ¼ cup Cabbage (chopped) ¼ cup
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter. Then in a bowl add eggs, egg yolks, milk and salt. Beat well. Now add melted butter and flour. 
  • Fold properly. In a fry pan add little mixture on pan cakes and cook well. Lastly add chicken filling and serve.

METHOD FOR THE FILLING:

  • In a bowl mix together cooked chicken, mayonnaise, chopped cabbage and black pepper.
