
Crispy Potato Fingers Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup Semolina boiled
- 2 cups Grated potatoes
- 2 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 qty Chopped green chilies
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 1-2 qty Beaten eggs
- Bread crumbs as required
- 1 tsp Butter
Ingredients Cheese Sauce:
- 3 tsp Cream cheese
- 2 tsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Chili sauce
Instructions
- In a pan add half cup water, butter, when its boiling add suji and cook on low heat, keep stirring till a ball is formed in the center, remove from heat and cool
- Mix in 2 cups of boiled potatoes with all the seasonings, chopped greens, mix well, grease hands, shape into thin long fingers, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs, deep fry till crisp.
- Serve with cheese sauce.

- Mix together everything.
