Easy Sagudana Kheer Recipe
- 1 litre Milk
- ¼ tsp Saffron
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 cup Sagudana
- For Garnish Almonds, Crushed
- For Garnish Pistachios, Crushed
- In a small pot add milk and bring a slow boil.
- Then add saffron and stir well.
- Add the sugar, cardamom powder and stir until it is dissolved.
- Add soaked Sagudana and stir on low flame until the Kheer thickens.
- Add the crushed almonds, crushed pistachios and stir again.
