
Fruit Raita Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Yogurt
- ½ tsp Mustard powder
- ½ cup Grapes
- 1 sliced Banana
- 1 qty Apple finely chopped
- 2 qty Green chilies finely chopped
- 3 tsp Fresh cream
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Beat curd, add cream, mustard powder, cumin seeds, sugar, green chilies and salt, mix well, add fruits, mix gently, serve cold.
