Home Made Malpura Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- ½ cup Semolina
- ½ cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- ¼ tsp Yellow Food Color
- 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- Water To Make Batter
- Ghee For Frying
Instructions
- Put all in a bowl except ghee, make into a thin batter
- Cover and leave it for 4 hours, just before frying
- Add ½ tsp baking soda, mix well, deep fry in a karai or large fry pan in ghee
- Serve with malai or rabri.
