Kaddu ki kheer Recipe
- 2 cups Pumpkin (grated)
- 1 ½ liter Milk
- 3 tbsp Sago Dana
- 1 can Sugar heaped
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter
- 1 tbsp Almonds (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Pistachios (sliced)
- 4 qty Green cardamom
- ½ cup Cream
- Heat ghee fry cardamom and grated kadu.
- Add milk cook until kadu is soft.
- Add cream cook for 5 min and sago dana and half cup water.
- Cook until sago is soft and transparent add sugar cook for 10 min.
- Till kheer thick lastly add almonds and pistachio.
