
Kachori Recipe

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH
- 500 gm Flour
- 60 ml Oil
- 60 gm Clarified butter
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Water as required
FOR FILLING
- 125 gm Mash dal powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 ½ tbsp Red chili crushed
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp Fenugreek
- 1 tsp Crushed coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 50 gm Clarified butter
Instructions
FOR DOUGH
- In the flour mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well with water.
- Leave it for about 15 minutes.
FOR FILLING
- Heat clarified butter, add cumin and coriander. Once it gets warm add the remaining ingredients.
- Lastly add mash dal powder gradually. Mix well. Then make balls out of dough, spread well and add filling.
- Heat clarified butter and deep fry the kachori.
- Serve hot.
