Lemon Posset Recipe
Ingredients
- 300 g Cooking Cream
- 25 g Lemon Juice
- 70 g Sugar
- 2 piece Star Anise
Instructions
- In a saucepan mix all the ingredients and bring it to 2-3 boils. Once it is cooked
- Add it to the dessert glasses and keep it in a fridge for about 1 hour.
- Decorate and serve.
