
Suji Ki Kheer Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Milk
- ½ cup Sugar heaved
- 4 tbsp Semolina leveled
- ½ tsp Green Cardamom(ground)
- ¼ tsp Saffron
- 2 tbsp Almonds & Pistachioa
Instructions
- Heat milk in a pan and add sugar.
- When boiling, add suji. Cook till slightly thick.
- Add green cardamom and saffron.
- Remove in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with almonds and pistachio.
- Suji Ki Kheer ready to Serve
