Yogurt Mousse Recipe
- 400 gm Tetra pack yogurt
- 1 cup Mangoes
- 1 cup Cream whipped
- 6 tbsp Caster sugar
- 2 qty Egg whites
- 1 ½ and ¼ tbsp and cup Gelatin 1 ½ dissolved in ¼ cup water
- Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, beat egg white stiff with 6 tbsp caster sugar, keep aside, blend together mangoes, cream and yogurt.
- Fold in dissolved gelatin mixture, also fold in the egg whites, pour in a mould to set, decorate with whipped cream, serve chilled.
