Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Tetra pack yogurt
  • 1 cup Mangoes
  • 1 cup Cream whipped
  • 6 tbsp Caster sugar
  • 2 qty Egg whites
  • 1 ½ and ¼ tbsp and cup Gelatin 1 ½ dissolved in ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, beat egg white stiff with 6 tbsp caster sugar, keep aside, blend together mangoes, cream and yogurt.
  • Fold in dissolved gelatin mixture, also fold in the egg whites, pour in a mould to set, decorate with whipped cream, serve chilled.
