
Jhatpat Anda Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 qty Boils eggs
- ½ cup Oil
- ½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 4 qty Whole red chilies
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 10 to 12 qty Curry leaves
- 2 tsp Garlic
- 2 to 3 qty Green chilies
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Tomatoes puree
- 3 qty Tomato choparized
- ½ cup Coconut milk
- 2 to 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 qty Onion chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, fenugreek seeds, button red chilies, white cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
- Add in salt turmeric chili powder, tomato puree, and choprized tomatoes.
- Fry well until oil comes top then add coconut milk add boil eggs, coriander leaves green chilies.
- Leave it on Dum for 5 min serve with Naan.
