
CheeseBurger Egg Rolls Recipe
This Cheeseburger egg roll recipe is a perfect ‘make and freeze’ recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gm Beef mince
- ½ cup Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Crushed black pepper
- 2 tbsp Chopped jerkins
- ½ tsp Mustard powder
- ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- Water as per need
- ½ cup Grated cheddar cheese
- Square roll wrappers as required
- 1 qty Egg white
FOR THE DIP
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- ½ tsp Chopped garlic
Instructions
- Cook beef mince with chopped onion, oil, salt , crushed black pepper, chopped jerkins, mustard powder, crushed red pepper and water.
- Once the meat is cooked shift it in a bowl and add cheese.
- Let the filling cool down, fill in square wrappers, fold into roll. Seal it with egg white and deep fry.
- For the dip mix all the ingredients together, serve with roll.
- Serve these delicious rolls with the dip.
