
Achari Chicken Boti Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken (12 pieces)
- 2 tbsp cup Achar masala
- 2 tbsp Achar gosht masala
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 ½ tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
- 1 ½ tsp Fennel seeds grinded
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Green chili grinded
- 2 tbsp Papaya
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp Crushed red pepper
- ¼ cup Oil
Instructions
- Marinate chicken boti with papaya ginger garlic.
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, salt.
- Add achaar masala, achaar gosht masala
- And all the rest put in a greased oven trey bake on 180 degrees for 35 mins give dum of coal.
