
Chicken Chili Cheese Mini Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken 16 pcs
- ½ cup Oil
- ¾ cup Brown onion
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2 cup Yogurt
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 3 tsp Mint leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Whole mixed spices
- 1 tsp Black cumin seeds
- 1 qty Bay leaf
- 750 gm Rice boiled with salt
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Saffron
- Yellow color a pinch
Instructions
- Heat oil, add half quantity of whole spices, add brown onion with ginger garlic paste, chili powder and chicken, ¼ cup water, fry till oil separates.
- Add 1 cup yogurt, cover and cook till chicken tender, if required add ½ cup water, add lemon juice, mix saffron with the remaining yogurt and divide into 2 portions.
TO ASSEMBLE:
- Now add half the portion of saffron mixed with yogurt, coriander and mint on the chicken, spread half of the rice over the chicken.
- Now sprinkle the remaining yogurt and saffron mixture, add the remaining rice.
- Cover tightly, leave it on dum for 15 mins, serve with kachumber.
