Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Chicken tikka boti
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Chopped Thai red chilies
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tsp Mint (chopped)
  • 3 qty Large green chilies cut lengthwise
  • ¼ cup Oil

Ingredients For Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Dark soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Hoisin sauce
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Stock
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar

Ingredients To Serve:

  • Steamed rice cooked with salt as required
  • ½ cup Spring onions (chopped)
  • Fried egg for topping
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, fry garlic and red chilies, add chicken tikka boti and fry till its color changes, add green chilies, ¼ cup water with all the ingredients for sauce.
  • Add basil and mint leaves, continue to stir fry, if required add 2 tsp more oil.

TO SERVE:

  • Place steamed rice in a bowl, sprinkle chopped onion on it, cover half the bowl with basil chicken, place the fried egg on top of the bowl, sprinkle salt and pepper, serve immediately.
