Kabab Pav
Kabab Pav is a burst of flavor that you very much need to tantalize your taste buds!
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 400 gm Beef mince
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 2 inch piece Ginger chopped
- 6 chopped Green chilies
- 1 tbsp whole Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp White cumin seeds
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 small Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 6 tbsp Millet flour
- 4 tbsp Wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds crushed
- 1 cup Spring onion
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ cup Coriander leaves chopped
- ¼ cup Mint leaves chopped
- Oil as required
- 6 buns Mini hotdog
- 1 cup Kachumber
- Chutney to spread
Instructions
Method:
- Grind together ginger garlic, green chilies, black pepper, fennel seeds, cumin very well without water, add 1 tbsp water if required, add this grinded masala to the mince, grind again, add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, salt, egg, millet flour, wheat flour, crushed coriander, spring onion, coriander, mint and lemon juice, mix and marinate for 30 mins, deep fry small balls, if kebabs are breaking add a slice of bread. To assemble Cut mini hotdog buns from center, heat, apply with chutney, then prepared kachumber, put 3 to 4 kabab, serve with some more chutney.
