Chicken Tikka Handi Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless Chicken Cubes
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Food Color
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Yogurt
- Charcoal For Smoke
- Fresh Coriander
- Green Chilies
Instructions
- Combine cubed chicken with salt, chilli powder, chilli flakes, food color, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and yogurt. Stir until well-coated, and marinate for 1 hour.
- In a medium sized pot, heat oil and add in the marinated chicken. Cook on high flame.
- Then on low flame, stir in cream and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander, stir, and then give charcoal steam for 5 minutes.
