
CHICKEN TIKKA KARHAI RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken (16 pieces)
- 1 cup Oil
- 250 gm Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Green chili paste
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt heaped
- 1 tsp All spice
- 2 qty Onion boiled and blended
- Coal
- 4 qty Chopped green chilies
Instructions
- Heat oil add boiled and blended onion, with whole tomatoes cook for 10mins.
- Add ginger garlic paste green chili paste remove peel from tomatoes add yogurt chili powder salt turmeric and chicken cook for 10mins add ½ cup water all spice cover n cook till chicken tender lasty add green chilies give dum with coal.
