
Fire Chicken Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless chicken cubes
- 2 tbsp Rice flour heaped
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 1 qty Egg
- 1 tsp Crushed cumin
- 1 tsp Crushed coriander
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Orange color pinch
- 1 tsp Salt
INGREDIENTS TO TEMPER
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- 15 qty Curry leaves chopped
- ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Mustard paste
- ½ tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Salt pinch
Instructions
FOR SAUCE
- Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside.
FOR MARINATE
- Chicken with flour, corn flour, chili powder, ginger garlic, egg, cumin coriander, salt, soya sauce, lemon juice and color, leave it for 1 hour, put on skewers, sprinkle with rai flour.
- Deep fry on medium flame until done about 10 mins, in another wok prepare baghar, add chicken stick to this, put chicken in a platter, drizzle with sauce and serve.
