
Fruit Cocktail Cake Recipe
Fruit Cocktail Cake is a white cream cake packed with delicious fruit chunks inside. It has a soft sponge that will taste like a dream.
Ingredients
- 1 qty Basic sponge
- 200 gm Milk
- 25 gm Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla custard powder
- 100 gm Whip cream
- 50 gm Condensed milk
- 100 ml Water
- 200 gm Fruit cocktail
- 250 gm Whipped cream
Instructions
- Heat the milk, then add sugar to it, when it is boiled, add custard powder and when it gets thick, add cold cr cream.
- Then frosting with basic cre whipped cream in a basic sponge and design it at your own will.
