
Five Spice Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless fish
- 1 + ½ tsp Salt
- ½ + ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 qty Egg
- 1 tbsp Flour heaved
- 2 tbsp Corn flour heaved
- 1 qty Onion sliced
- 6 qty Green chili sliced
- 1 qty Spring onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- ¼ cup Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic heaved
- 1 tbsp Red chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark soy
- ¼ cup Oil quarter
- 2 tbsp Sweet sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili oil
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
FOR BATTER
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- ¼ cup Water to make batter
- 1 tsp Five spice powder
Instructions
- Marinate fish salt and pepper half tsp each, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp corn flour and egg.
- Make thick batter with the given ingredients.
- Dip fish in batter and deep fry for 5 mins.
FOR SAUCE
- Heat oil quarter cup add crushed garlic with all the seasonings and vegetables.
- Lastly add the fried fish add chili oil for glaze.
- Five spice fish is ready to serve.
